Attacking the Eyes: Eye Jab (Volume 1)

The Eye Jab is a great tool to possess (definitely one of my favourite). It is great as a pre-emptive option in order to facilitate your escape or in order to follow up with more concussive means.

The eye ball can not be strengthened to the point of being able to withstand a finger jab or any other eye attacks - it is therefore a great target. In this tutorial, I will give you a breakdown of the eye jab as it was taught to me by one of the best original Jeet Kune Do instructors in the world.

In addition to that you will be shown some solo training options that you can use in order to work on your skill set with the help of a piece of string and a little toy box.
